Delivery and Collections

Collection

We operate two branches: Rochdale and Nelson. Your items may be collected from the branch you ordered from or delivered to you (below). The branches are open from 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 - 16:00 on Fridays. Please note we close every day for lunch at 12:00 - 12:45. 

In addition, we close for all UK bank holidays and every year over Christmas period (approx 24th Dec - 2nd Jan).

Delivery areas and charges

Rothwells offers free delivery to all orders over £100 and/or trade customers' premises that lie within the Rochdale, Bury and Nelson areas (in the North West of England).

Access to free local delivery - on orders which fall under £100 and/or outside of the Rochdale, Bury and Nelson postcodes - is at the discretion of the Rothwells team.

If you are not eligible for free delivery, the carriage charge is £5.95 + VAT and your parcel(s) will be shipped using a reputable courier such as DPD or Royal Mail. In some cases the item(s) may be dropshipped directly from the manufacturer e.g. Draper Tools. 

Delivery times

If you require your items within a specific timeframe, please let the team know before you checkout, so we can accommodate your request in the most effective way.

Rothwells does not operate a guarenteed next day delivery service at this time. Orders which include items from multiple suppliers may arrive seperately at our warehouse, in this instance we wait until all items have arrived before shipping to you.
